Storepath gives a shop a web page at storepath.in/shop-name where the shop shows its products. Customers contact the shop on WhatsApp or by phone. These terms apply to shop owners who sign up.

Your account

Keep your username and password private. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. One account is for one shop.

What you can post

Post only photos you own or have the right to use, and only things that are legal to sell in India. Prices and details must be true. We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and pause the page if it keeps happening.

Free week and payment

New shops get 7 days free. To start, you approve auto-pay through Razorpay (UPI Autopay or card). On day 8 the plan price is charged, and then again every month or year, with a reminder from Razorpay before each charge. Cancel auto-pay any time from your shop panel; if you cancel before day 8, nothing is charged. You can also pay for one period at a time without auto-pay. If a paid period ends without payment, the page pauses until you pay again. Your products stay saved.

Sales between you and your customers

Storepath does not take orders or payments from your customers. Every sale, delivery, return and refund is between you and your customer.

Stopping the service

You can stop at any time by not paying for the next period. You can ask us to delete your shop and its photos. We may stop the service with notice; if we do, we refund the unused part of your current paid period.

Changes

We may change these terms or our prices. Price changes apply from your next payment, never to time you have already paid for.
