Storepath

Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This page explains what Storepath stores and why.

From shop owners

Shop name, address, WhatsApp and phone number, username, a locked copy of your password (nobody can read it), your products, photos and settings, and your payment history. Your shop name, address, numbers and products are shown publicly on your page, because that is what the page is for.

From customers who visit a shop page

We do not ask visitors for any personal details. Likes are counted as a number per product. The visitor's phone remembers which products they liked. When a visitor taps "Ask on WhatsApp", the chat happens in WhatsApp, not on Storepath.

Visit statistics

Our pages use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, from which kind of device and roughly which city, and taps on buttons such as "Ask on WhatsApp". It does not tell us who a visitor is. Google Analytics sets cookies in the browser for this. You can block them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on. The shop owner panel and the admin panel do not use Google Analytics.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store card, UPI or bank details. We keep the payment ID, amount, plan and date.

Where data is kept

Shop data and photos are stored with Supabase on servers in Mumbai. The website runs on Hostinger.

Your choices

You can change or delete your products at any time from your shop panel. You can ask us to delete your whole shop and its photos.
